Stunning Brand Identity Design
The first flagship project was conceived Prazanta, the client’s mission was simple: they expected the homes they develop to do nothing less than enhancing the lifestyle of a discerning clientele.
SpellBrand was chosen to create both the parent brand and the flagship development project branding to international standards.
The client wanted a brand identity that stood out from the competition – something unique and striking. We created a simple yet striking typeface-based logo design that is made up of rectangles to indicate construction and engineering.
The brand identity is very bold and striking with a dominant color palette and a sense of strength and integrity.

For the flagship property development project, we created a stunning brochure design and booklet. With expansive photo layouts, beautifully blended effects, and clean typography, the sales booklet brings the grandeur and modern aspirations of the brand to the forefront.

When we researched the websites of other property developers and real estate companies in Hyderabad and Andhra Pradesh, we were shocked at the poor quality and dated look – even for large brands. So we took this opportunity to create a website for our client that blows everyone out of the water.
Beautiful Home Page
The home page of this property developer website is an elegant and slick design. The header has two layers with plenty of navigation housed in an uncluttered manner. Below the navigation is a huge hero header slider, showcasing beautiful photos from the development properties and villas.
Elegant Property Listings
Below the header is an elegant grid showcasing some of the properties from the build. The inner pages reflect this clean layout and focus on presenting the information to the audience in an engaging manner.
The elegance continues to the elevation pages with beautiful expansive photo treatments and content presented in a non-obtrusive manner. Even the blog is clean and professional focusing on typography and image presentation.
With a beautiful and slick layout, large format headers showcasing photos of the development and the projects, elegant flow of content and message and a robust business blog, the website takes property development in the state to a whole new level.
