Nueland Apparel was born out of the passion for clothing of an entrepreneur who believes he has a unique perspective of the world, and that his clothing line will reflect that.
A brand with a lofty vision and a strong mission, Nueland Apparel is ready to break into the fashion landscape with a bang!
The client came to us with a mission – to provide a brand with dependable quality and to produce a classy product with timeless attributes that are universally accepted across all market segments as the standard of style. He wanted us to translate this mission statement into a visual representation through a strong and robust logo design. Nueland is based on a nautical theme – a story about a Voyager discovering uncharted territory in an “older era”. To stand out and look dependable and strong, was on top of the project brief.
When we researched the type of clothing this brand would offering their clients, we found a lot of recurring nautical themes. Coupled with the founder’s love of the sea and sailing we explored a lot of nautical design concepts including anchors, sea flags, shields, sails, ship steerings, compasses and more. The client wanted a logo that conveys subtle action and/or purposeful pose. So we created a beautiful silhouette of a sailer in full action pose – legs apart, standing at the helm, looking out into the unknown and steering the ship into unchartered waters!
The result is a stunning logo design that conveys the brand story perfectly while having an iconic look and feel – something that would look awesome embroidered on a polo t-shirt.
We also created matching business card, letterhead and envelope design along with social media design elements.
